Hello there

we are a pair of sisters, Calista and Bevin. We started Sprout Kids in 2025 after working separately on disability-related projects. Our intention is to support and advocate for neurodivergent and autistic children, and their community.

Calista was trained as an Occupational Therapist in Melbourne, Australia where she spent 2 years working in Glenroy Specialist School before moving to Singapore. Since then Calista has accrued experience working with clients of varying ages in the home, in schools, and within therapy centres.

Bevin is an artist with over a decade of experience managing a variety of arts and culture related projects internationally. She spent six years in the Singapore public service, three of which involved her working on the arts and disability portfolios.

What makes us different?

We believe that there are many different ways to be human and do not subscribe to behaviour modification or compliance-based methods.

Instead, we work towards strengths-based goals that allow the needs of neurodivergent children to be met in an authentic and empowering manner.

We look for creative ways to problem-solve, collaborating with our clients in a respectful and inclusive manner.
